With only a race or two left in the XTerra season and many of my goals accomplished, I’ve put together the outline for my next training block. Not a lot of frill. I’ve got some travel to a USA Weight Lifting clinic, and some family stuff in July, so there’s not a lot of time to improve more. My goal is to get some endurance time in, as well as sharpen up my run race pace, always hoping for the best in the swim. As usual, I’ll be averaging 8 hrs/wk over the next three weeks.
