In response to my anti-oxidant discussion I received an email from Joe who raised concerns about the ubiquity of anti-oxidants in sports drinks. I tackle this on Tipcast 52, but I want to note that need not avoid anti-oxidants and that there are many good products that do not fortify (naturally occurring are not an issue) with excessive unsubstantiated supplements. Skratch Labs is a good example.
